- Sit comfortably facing your child.

- Arrange the flash cards in the order you would like to present them.  - Hold up the first card so your child can clearly see the front of the flash card. 

- Read it aloud. For eg, RED APPLE. Wait for 2-3 seconds. Then turn over & show the RED colour.   

- Keep switching the cards and continue for 3-5 minutes or till your child seems interested.                    

- You may also spread the flash cards on a surface & ask, “Which colour is red?” & let them reach for the card.                                                                                                           

- Repeat daily and watch your child’s attention span develop.
