Tinycubs is an online baby and newborn essentials store offering products including newborn baby clothes, muslin baby clothing, organic cotton baby clothing and other baby essentials.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the words "Tinycubs", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tinycubs. The words "you", "your" or "customer" refer to any person who accesses our website or purchases products from us.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use the Tinycubs website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Natural variations in fabric.
Manufacturing or material variations.

For products such as muslin and organic cotton baby clothing, minor variations in texture, colour or finish may occur due to the nature of the fabric.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and may offer:

If we are unable to fulfil an order, Tinycubs reserves the right to cancel the order and issue an applicable refund.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order on Tinycubs, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once we have successfully received the payment and sent an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:

If an order is cancelled by Tinycubs after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider timelines.

6. Pricing and Payments

All product prices displayed on Tinycubs are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

We accept payment methods made available through our payment partners, which may include:

Digital wallets
Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless a different payment option is specifically offered by Tinycubs.

Tinycubs does not store complete credit or debit card information on its servers. Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order will be governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

If Tinycubs cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated processing time displayed on the website or communicated at checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Delivery location.
Courier or shipping partner.
Product availability.
Weather and transportation conditions.
Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner, delivery is subject to the shipping partner's network and operational timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, address, phone number and other delivery information at checkout.

Tinycubs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other communication methods.

You may use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

10. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Tinycubs purchase.

If you receive:

A damaged product;
A wrong product;
A product with a manufacturing defect; or
An incorrect size, where size exchange is applicable,

you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

How to request a return or exchange

Please email us at contactus@tinycubs.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your request should include:

Order number.
Product name.
Reason for return or exchange.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with its original packaging, tags and labels intact.

Return and exchange process

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and confirm whether the product is eligible for return or exchange.

If approved, we may arrange a reverse pickup through our shipping partner.

After the returned product reaches the applicable warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will initiate the eligible exchange or refund.

Please note that:

Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Products marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable are not eligible for return or exchange.
Diapers, training pants and discounted/sale products are currently not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Products must meet the applicable return conditions.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method after approval and quality verification.

11. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, Tinycubs will initiate the refund after the applicable return and quality-check process has been completed.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

Shipping charges and reverse shipping charges, where applicable, may be deducted from a refund where permitted under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

12. Promotional Offers and Discounts

From time to time, Tinycubs may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, special offers or other promotional campaigns.

Promotional offers may have specific eligibility criteria, validity periods and terms.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

Offers cannot be combined.
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previously placed orders.
Tinycubs reserves the right to withdraw or modify an offer where reasonably necessary.
