What is Tinycubs’ return policy?
Unused and unworn products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged. Washed, worn, damaged, or soiled products are also not eligible for return.
For wrong, damaged, or defective products, please contact contactus@tinycubs.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your order details.
